This 4 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront cottage sleeps 12 persons (children and adults). The 1st floor (elevated) features a bath and the kitchen area with dishwasher and stacked washer/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms--1 features 1 double bed and the other has 2 double beds. There is an oceanfront deck leading off the kitchen area on the 1st level with chairs.

The 2nd floor features the large Great Room as well as another bath and the other 2 bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms feature at total of 1 double bed and 2 double beds. There is an oceanfront deck leading off the Great Room area, again with chairs for your relaxing enjoyment.

Linen (sheets, towels, and pillowcases) is supplied for your stay but not refreshed. This cottage also has free hi speed wireless internet.

This is the perfect cottage for a large family or a couple of families renting together!

This cottage can be rented prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day nightly with a minimum length of stay. During the summer season it is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
