This is a brand new, completely renovated, smoke-free cottage will have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (showers not tubs). It will have one double bed in the first bedroom, 2 double beds in the second bedroom and a double bed in the third bedroom. The completely renovated kitchen will now have a dishwasher as well as a stacked washer/dryer. All bedrooms have wall-mounted flat screen TVs as well as a wall-mounted flat screen TV in the living room area.

This rental is smoke free (inside the rental as well as outside the rental) and pets are not allowed onsite. There is a front porch area and sod will be planted next week--so there will be a grassy area if you have little kids that can be used. Linen (sheets, towels and pillowcases) will be supplied for your stay complimentary. This rental may sleep a maximum of 8 persons (includes children). All guests must be 21 years of age and older to register and occupy any of our cottages unless they are a family unit.
