Waves Village Condominiums on Hatteras Island

Waves Village is located on Hatteras Island in Rodanthe, NC which are part of the tri-villages of Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo. The Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo villages are known for offering the best surfing, kiteboarding, and windsurfing, and some of the most beautiful kayaking on the Outer Banks. Waves Village offers three styles of condiminiums: 'Urban', 'Coastal', and 'Life is good'. There are currently nine condominiums in the Waves Village Complex with an additional nine units planned for the near future. The Waves Village luxury condominiums are available for sale or rent.

These 1600 sf units are packed full of amenities to please families, kiteboarding and watersport enthusiasts. Waves Village and the Hatteras Kite Boarding Resort: The Hatteras Kiteboarding Resort is located next door to the Waves Village Condominiums which is the premier kiteboarding resort in North America. It is designed around access to the Pamlico Sound, ideal for kiteboarding on the Outer Banks. There is ample setup space, pros on site to assist you, and the Kitty Hawk Kites Kiteboarding School and Center. It also boasts a rental center where you can rent kiteboarding gear before you buy. The resort also offers warm waters showers and the most friendly people you will find on the Outer Banks.
