Even numbered rooms are upstairs, and odd numbered rooms are downstairs. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 8 persons. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot be exceeded in an overnight stay.

Unit 10 is an upstairs 2-bedroom apartment with: king bed/bath (shower only), 2 double beds/bath (shower only), living room/kitchen and screened-in porch. This is the only 2-bedroom apartment with a king bed. This unit can accommodate up to 6 persons. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 persons. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot be exceeded in an overnight stay.

Unit 11 is a 3-bedroom cottage with: 1 double bed in 2 bedrooms, 2 double beds in the 3rd bedroom, 2 baths (1with tub/shower and 1 with shower only), and a living room/kitchen/dining room with screened-in porch. Unit 11 is a totally renovated beach house that belonged to the original owner's son. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 8 persons. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot be exceeded in an overnight stay.

Unit 12 is a 3-bedroom cottage with: master bedroom and master bath (king bed), 2 twin beds in each of the remaining 2 bedrooms, a 2nd bath, and a large living room/dining room/kitchen with screened-in porch. Both baths have tub/shower units. Unit 12 was the original owner's home while at The Saltaire. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot be exceeded in an overnight stay.

1-bedroom apartments are generally available for nightly or weekly rental from January to the beginning of June and from the last full week of August thru December. 1-bedroom apartments have: 2 double beds/bath, with a separate living room/kitchen and screened-in porch. These are great for quick getaways, or for just when you want a little more space than a normal size hotel room. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 persons.
