TO REQUEST RESERVATIONS: To request reservations, please call: 252-261-3286. Or you may also e-mail us. WEEKLY RESERVATION DEPOSITS: We require weekly reservations to be paid in full prior to arrival. If you are within 45 days of arrival, the full amount is due within 7 days of your making your reservation by: Visa, MC, or money order. If you are beyond 45 days of arrival: within 7 days of your making the reservation, half of the total amount is due by: Visa, MC, money order, or check. The remaining half is due 45 days prior to the date of arrival. WEEKLY RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY: A 25% penalty is charged against all deposits paid whenever a cancellation occurs. If a guest cancels 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival, and the Saltaire cannot re-rent the unit for the same time period, the Saltaire keeps the total deposit paid. NIGHTLY RESERVATIONS DEPOSITS: A minimum stay may be required, especially for National Holidays. These time periods may also require the full amount to be paid prior to arrival. For other nightly stays if you are beyond 30 days of arrival: Within 7 days of making your reservation, the 1st night + tax is due by: Visa, MC, money order, or check. If you are within 7 days of arrival the 1st night + tax is due by: Visa or MC when the reservation is made. Please note: For nightly reservations arriving in June through August, the deposit policy will be the same as the weekly deposit policy. NIGHTLY RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY: As long as a guest cancels 72 hours prior to the date of arrival (4 pm hotel time), the deposit paid will be fully refunded in the manner in which it was paid. If a guest cancels within the 72 hour time period, the guest shall forfeit the total deposit paid. Please note: For nightly reservations arriving in June through August, the cancellation policy will be the same as the weekly cancellation policy.
