NC Wildlife Resources Commission Boat Ramp - Sawyers Creek: Camden County - From the junction of US158 and NC343 in Camden, take NC343 north 0.7 miles to the Sawyers Creek Bridge. The access road to the area is located on the left just north of the bridge.

NC Wildlife Resources Commission Boat Ramp: Currituck County - Poplar Branch - From the east end of the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge on US158 at Coinjock, take US158 east 4.9 miles to NC3 (Macedinia Church Rd). Turn left onto NC3 and travel 1.2 miles to intersection. Turn left onto NC3 (Poplar Brandch Rd) and travel 1.1 miles to the area. The area is located at the end of NC3.
NC Wildlife Resources Commission Boat Ramp - Brumley Road: Currituck County - From the NCDOT Ferry Docks on Knotts Island, travel north on NC615 approximately 2.0 miles to SR1259 (Brumley Rd.). Turn right onto SR1259. The parking area is located on the left near the junction of Brumley Road. and Bay Street or approximately 120yds before the end of the road.
NC Wildlife Resources Commission Boat Ramp on Intracoastal Waterway: Currituck County: Coinjock - From the east end of the Intracostal Waterway Bridge on US158 at Coinjock, take US158 east 0.3 miles to SR1405. Turn left onto SR1405 and travel 0.4 miles to SR1141. Bare right onto SR1141 and travel 0.2 miles to SR1142. Turn right onto SR1142 and travel 1.2 miles to the area. The area is located on the left between SR1142 and the Intracostal Waterway Canal.
NC Wildlife Resources Commission Boat Ramp - Poyners Road: Currituck County - From the junction of US168 and NC 34 in Sligo, take US 168 E 0.4 miles to SR 1232 (Poyners Road). Turn left onto SR 1232 and travel 1.9 miles to area. Area is located on the left just across the bridge.
Sound Park, located in Harbinger off US 158

NC Wildlife Resources Commission Public Boat Ramp - Kitty Hawk Bay: Avalon Beach - From the East end of Wright Memorial Bridge on NC158 E over Currituck Sound, go 6.0mi. to Avalon Drive. Turn right onto Avalon Drive and travel 0.6mi. to Bay Drive. Turn left onto Bay Drive and travel 0.1mi. to Dock Street. The area is located adjacent to the intersection of Bay Dr. and Dock St. (shallow draft vessels recommended)
Dare County Public Boat Ramp - Kitty Hawk
Turn west off 158 bypass onto Kitty Hawk Road and follow it for approximately three miles. Turn left onto Bob Perry Road. Follow Bob Perry Road for approximately one mile and turn right at the Dare County Public Boat Ramp sign. Parking is available for approximately 30 vehicles and trailers, with access to a picnic area. The canal to the sound is about 200 feet long, with a depth of approximately 5 feet.
National Park Service Boat Ramp at Oregon Inlet - Nags Head
Located at the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center off Hwy. 12 behind the fishing center. Parking is available for approximately 75 vehicles and trailers.
NC Wildlife Resources Commission Boat Ramp - Washington Baum Bridge
Located on the west side of the Washington Baum Bridge, directly across from Pirate's Cove Marina. There is parking available for approximately 50 vehicles and trailers, with several railed walkways that provide easy access for recreational fishing. From the junction of US64/264 and NC345 east of Manteo, take US64/264 east 1.0 miles to the Washington Baum Bridge. Turn right onto the access road at the bridge. The area is located under the west end of the bridge.
Dare County Boat Ramp - Wanchese
As you enter the Village of Wanchese, bear left at the intersection and continue for approximately one mile to Fisherman's Wharf Restaurant. The boat ramp is on the south side between Fisherman's Wharf Restaurant and Moon Tillett's Fish Company. Parking is very limited depending on commercial activity.
NC Wildlife Resources Commission Boat Ramp - Bowerstown Road
Located in the Town of Manteo on Roanoke Island. Turn left onto Bowerstown Road located at the intersection of Hwy. 64 and Bowerstown Road (next to CVS Pharmacy). Follow Bowerstown Road approximately one mile and make a left on California (you will be facing EMS Station 2). Stay on California for about 1/8 mile and the boat ramp is on the right hand side. There is parking available for approximately 30 vehicles and trailers.
Dare County Public Boat Ramp - Manteo
Located in the Town of Manteo on Roanoke Island. Turn right at the stop light on Budleigh Street and follow it to the end and make a left. The boat ramp is adjacent to the bridge that goes to the Elizabeth II historical site. There is very limited parking.
Dare County Public Boat Ramp - Manns Harbor
In the Village of Manns Harbor located on the mainland. Cross the William B. Umstead Bridge (on the north end of Roanoke Island) going west and turn left off Hwy. 64 onto Old Ferry Dock Road. Very limited access.
Fish & Wildlife Boat Ramp - Mashoes Road, Manns Harbor
Located off of Mashoes Road in the Village of Manns Harbor. Cross over William B. Umstead Bridge going west approximately 1/8 mile and turn right onto Mashoes Road. Follow Mashoes Road about four miles and turn left at the Fish and Wildlife sign. Parking is available for approximately 15 vehicles and trailers.

From the junction of US 64 and US 264 near Manns Harbor, take US 264 west 12.7 miles to SR 1100 (Bayview Drive). Turn left onto SR 1100 and travel 2.5 miles to the area. The area is located on the right at the end of SR 1100

From the junction of US64 and US264 near Manns Harbor, take US64 west 11.1 miles to SR1153(Old Ferry Landing Rd). Turn right onto SR1153 and travel 0.2 miles to the area. The access road to the area is located on the left at the end of SR1153. (shallow draft vessels recommended)
NC Wildlife Resources Commission Public Boat Ramp - Mashoes Road, Manns Harbor - Ramp is at the end of Mashoes Road in the Village of Manns Harbor. This is a wooden ramp; shallow water and very limited parking. From the junction of US64 and US264 near Manns Harbor, take US64 east 3.3 miles to SR1113(Mashoes Rd). Turn left onto SR1113 and travel 2.7 miles to the area. The access road to the area is located on the left side of SR1113.
North Carolina Wildlife Boat Ramp and Access at Dock Street - Off Bay Drive, Kill Devil Hills Ramps, docks, breakwater and 12 paved parking spaces.

Ocracoke Village Boat Ramp - Village of Ocracoke: Hyde County - Near the Cedar Island and Swan Quarter Ferry Docks in the Village of Ocracoke, public rest rooms, visitor information.
NC Wildlife Resources Commission Boat Ramp - Engelhard: Hyde County - From the junction of US 264 and NC 94 near Lake Matamuskeet, take US 264 east 15.1 miles to SR 1315 (Swamp Road). The access road to the area is located on the right side of US 264 at this junction.
NC Wildlife Resources Commission Boat Ramp - Hydeland Canal: Hyde County - From the junction of US 264 and NC 94 near Lake Matamumskeet, take US 264 west 0.4 mile to SR 1121 (Juniper Bay Road). Turn left onto SR 1121 and travel 1.1 miles to SR 1122 (Hydeland Road). Turn left onto SR 1122 and travel 0.8 mile to area.
