At noon, there will be a Dare Day Award given to one of Manteo's outstanding citizens and one to a citizen of the county of Dare. Entertainment continues at 4:30 pm but moves to Roanoke Island Festival Park (where admission is free all day on Saturday to celebrate the 25th anniversary!).
